Ingredients

1 zucchini
1/4 c. flour
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
hot fat
Preparation

Wash zucchini and cut into narrow strips.
Coat lightly with flour.
Dip into blended egg and water mixture.
Shake off excess. Coat again with flour.
Fry in deep fat until golden.
Drain away extra fat and spread on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle with salt. Good, too, with a shake of Romano cheese.
