Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. pork roast
    5 to 6 potatoes
    carrots
    1 large onion (optional)
Preparation
    Place roast in shallow pan. Fill half way with water. Add cut up potatoes, carrots and onion. Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat begins to fall off bone.
