Excellent Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. sugar to each egg white you plan to use
Preparation
    Cook cornstarch, sugar, and water until thick and clear.
    Cool completely.
    A must!
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Beat in cooled mixture.
    Meringue cuts easily.
    Will not shrink or weep.
