Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in bite-size pieces
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    garlic powder
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat milk and egg together.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture and roll in flour mixture.
    Fry until brown.
    Remove from oil.
