Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. cream or milk
    1 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Blend melted margarine, flour, salt and pepper and cook over low heat until bubbling.
    Remove from heat and stir in broth and cream.
    Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in gently the chicken and sherry.
    Cook slightly until well blended and heated.
