Butterscotch Apple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. butterscotch flavored chips
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. white vinegar
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    apple wedges
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan over low heat, combine milk, chips and salt. Cook and stir until chips melt. Remove from heat; stir in vinegar and cinnamon. Serve warm with apples. Refrigerate leftovers.
