Cold Red Raspberry Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberries
1/2 c. Rose wine
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. raspberry sherbet
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine raspberries, wine, sour cream, sherbet and milk in blender container.
Process until well blended.
Strain, if desired.
Pour into small bowls.
Float lime slices on top.
Add several drops of fresh lime juice.
Serves 8.
