Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 (No. 3) can cream-style corn
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in order except cheese.
    Pour half of batter in a greased baking dish; add half of cheese.
    Add remaining batter; cover with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
    Serves 8.
