Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces
    4 to 5 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 green pepper
    1 to 2 c. pea pods
    8 to 12 oz. mushrooms
    3 to 4 c. cooked Minute rice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute chicken and onion in margarine until lightly browned. Add cut-up broccoli, green pepper and pea pods.
    Add a small amount of water and steam 7 to 8 minutes.
    Add mushrooms last and continue to steam until tender.
    Toss in cooked rice and serve with sour cream.
