Parmesan Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. margarine
    6 potatoes
Preparation
    Peel
    and
    cut\tpotatoes
    into quarters.
    Combine other ingredients
    in a bag.
    Moisten potatoes in water and shake in a bag.
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place potatoes in pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning 1 time.
