Rice Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 c. milk
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg
whipped cream
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine rice, milk, eggs, brown sugar and butter in casserole.
Place casserole in baking pan.
Fill pan with enough water to go 1/2 way up side of casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Stir in raisins and vanilla.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Return to oven.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
