Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Minute rice
1 egg
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. bell pepper
1 c. catsup
salt
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and form into balls about 2-inches round. Place in baking dish.
Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes covered with wax paper. May be baked in oven at 375\u00b0 until done.
Top with catsup last few minutes of cooking, if desired.
