Bacon And Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 strips bacon, cooked, drained and diced
1 1/4 c. mild cheddar, grated
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook the potatoes in water till soft. Drain. Place in a mixing bowl. Add butter and cheese while potatoes are still hot. Add a little milk and start the mixer on low speed. Increase the speed and add milk as needed until the potatoes are light and fluffy. Add the bacon and blend in well. Check seasonings. Serve warm.
