Round Steak Sauerbraten - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 envelope brown gravy
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. instant onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 bay leaf
    hot buttered noodles
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1-inch squares.
    Brown in hot oil.
    Remove from pan.
    Add gravy mix and water; bring to boil.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except noodles.
    Return meat to pan; cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring as needed.
    Add bay leaf.
    Serve over hot buttered noodles.
