Ingredients

2 small pkg. apricot jello
1 large can apricots, diced up
1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain apricots and add enough water to make 2 cups. Heat and use to dissolve jello.
Then add 2 cups cold water. Let jello set only until slightly thickened.
Mix up with wire whip and fold in apricots and Cool Whip. Put into pretty glass bowl and chill well. So pretty and so good!
