Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken, cooked and boned
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
    2 cans chicken soup
    1 large bag Doritos
    1 onion (optional)
Preparation
    Save broth from chicken when cooking.
    Crush Doritos.
    Heat soup and tomatoes together.
    Layer chicken, onion (if desired), cheese, Doritos and soup in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups broth over; bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
