Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing chicken (3 1/2 lb. or more)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    fine buttered bread crumbs or crushed potato chips
    paprika
Preparation
    Steam chicken until tender.
    Debone and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Mix with remainder of ingredients except crumbs.
    Turn chicken mixture into greased two-quart casserole.
    Top with buttered crumbs or chips.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake uncovered in moderate oven (350\u00b0) until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
