Make Ahead Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large potatoes, peeled and boiled in salt water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    paprika
    milk (small amount if needed)
Preparation
    Mash potatoes, then combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and onion powder.
    Whip and mash until fluffy.
    Add small amount of milk, if needed.
    Spread in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Refrigerate or freeze until needed.
    When ready to bake, drizzle melted margarine over top and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 12.
