Waldorf Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cabbage, shredded
    2 c. apples, chopped
    few drops lemon juice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. peanuts
    2 or 3 carrots, shredded
    mayonnaise to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, adding enough mayonnaise to moisten. Toss lightly.
    Serves 8 to 10.
