Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    3 c. hot water
    1 can kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onions and garlic in a skillet.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Combine the flour, chili powder, salt and cumin. Gradually stir in hot water.
    Combine with meat mixture.
    Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Add kidney beans and bake an additional 15 minutes.
