Italian Sausage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. finely diced Mozzarella cheese
    3 oz. grated Romano cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 links Italian sausage, remove casing after cooked
    2 oz. diced Italian salami
    1/3 tsp. each: dried oregano and basil leaves
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley (Italian if possible)
Preparation
    Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella and Romano cheeses.
    Stir in eggs, cooked sausage, salami, oregano, basil, garlic and parsley.
    Place crust on a lightly oiled pie dish.
    Put all ingredients in pan on crust.
    Put top crust on, fit over filling, sealing edges.
    Brush with egg white.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until golden. Cool about 10 minutes before serving.
