Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
3 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Peel potatoes, rinse and slice thin.
Layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish as follows:
one layer potatoes, margarine (pats scattered), flour, salt and pepper.
Continue layering and add another layer of potatoes on top.
Add milk (add only enough milk to almost cover all the layers).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 90 minutes. Turn potatoes twice during baking.
Add cheese to the top for the last 1/2 hour of baking.
