Sausage Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder (if using sweet milk)
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 lb. pork sausage
Preparation
    Roll dough into an 18 x 12-inch rectangle.
    Spread pork sausage over dough, leaving 1/2 inch margin on all sides (may add grated cheese, if desired).
    Carefully roll dough lengthwise, jelly roll fashion.
    Pinch seam and ends to seal.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Slice dough into 1/4-inch slices. Arrange 1 inch apart on baking sheets.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until browned.
