Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups boiled chicken or turkey, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1/2 to 3/4 cup diced celery and leaves
3 cups shredded cheese
Celery salt
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup English peas
1/4 cup chopped pimento
1 cup broth (can use more)
1 pkg. egg noodles
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender. Cook noodles 6 to 8 minutes and peas until tender.
Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1 cup of cheese for top.
Use a lot of celery salt.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
May be frozen for later use.
Do not cook before freezing. Do not cover while baking.
