Turkey And Schnitzel Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whites from 2 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. turkey breast (slices)
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix egg whites, water, mustard, salt and pepper in a shallow dish with a fork until blended.
