Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 medium potatoes, unpeeled and sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place butter in a 9-inch square baking dish.
    Microwave at High 45 seconds or until melted.
    Add potatoes, onion and garlic; toss gently.
    Cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
    Fold back a small corner of wrap to allow steam to escape.
