Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes and gradually add sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Stir together the dry ingredients; fold into pumpkin.
    Put into greased jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn onto 10x sugar-sprinkled towel.
    Roll up from narrow end and cool.
