Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. yellow mustard (prepared)
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. sherry (cooking)
    paprika (enough to sprinkle)
Preparation
    Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a shallow pan which has been greased with margarine or oil.
    Melt margarine; stir in pineapple, mustard, honey and sherry.
    Spoon pineapple mixture over chicken and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, until tender.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
