Buttercream Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, margarine and shortening together until fluffy.
    Add milk and keep mixer at low speed.
    Add the flour, a little at a time.
    Add the vanilla last and beat this icing for at least 10 minutes once all the ingredients are in place.
    Does not need to be refrigerated to store.
