Aunt Crease'S Buttermilk Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. margarine
    3 rounded Tbsp. plus pinch of flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine together.
    Add flour and eggs and beat well.
    Stir in milk, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Pour into 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
