Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cream together lemon and orange rinds, sugar, shortening and eggs.
    Add to flour mixture. Add lemon juice and milk.
    Beat well.
    Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
