Chocolate Caramel Drops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 caramels (about 7 oz.)
2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
1 c. pecan halves
4 sq. baking semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Preparation

Microwave caramels and whipping cream in a large bowl on High for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until caramels are completely melted. Be very careful you don't burn them. Cool. Place pecan halves on lightly greased cookie sheets in clutters of three. Spoon caramel mixture over nuts leaving ends showing.
Spread melted chocolate over caramel mixture. Let stand until chocolate is set.
