Breakfast Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box seasoned croutons
    2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Layer first 4 items in a 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish. Combine last 4 items and pour over first 4.
    Bake 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Recipe can be cut in half without losing taste or texture.
