Farmer'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
12 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. instant coffee, diluted in 1 c. boiling water

Preparation

Mix well the first 5 ingredients.
Add oil, sugar, vanilla and cold water.
Add coffee mixture last and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
