Seafood Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lasagna noodles
1 c. onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
white pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cook noodles as directed on package.
Arrange 4 noodles on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Saute onions in butter until tender.
Mix together onions, cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper.
Spread half of this mixture on noodles.
Combine soup, milk and wine; fold in shrimp and crabmeat.
Spread half of this mixture over the cheese layer. Repeat all three layers (noodles, cheese, seafood).
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Allow to set for 15 minutes before serving.
