Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except margarine and crackers.
    Put in 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Melt margarine and add to crackers.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
