Orange-Raisin Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. sugar or corn syrup
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 tsp. fat (margarine or butter)
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped nuts or peanuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Stir cooked rice gently with rest of ingredients in a pan. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes to blend flavors.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Sprinkle with chopped nuts (if used).
    Makes 2 servings, about 1/2 cup each.
