Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Take stems off mushrooms and dice.
    Cook with onion and butter.
    Add seasonings and bread crumbs.
    Mix well with a fork. Put caps in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Fill with stuffing mix.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
