Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) drained crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. diced green peppers
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 Tbsp. pimento
salt
Preparation
-
Mix all except 1 cup pecans.
Roll into balls; set in the refrigerator for several hours.
Roll in pecan crumbs.
