Mexican Oven Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. onion salt
2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies
1/2 (8 oz.) jar Del Monte salsa roja
1 (17 oz.) can Del Monte burrito filling mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Lightly grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine milk and baking mix.
Beat in eggs and onion salt.
Drain and slice chilies lengthwise; place in dish.
Top with salsa roja, burrito filling mix and cheese.
Pour egg mixture evenly on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Garnish with radishes, olives or sour cream, if desired.
Serves 4 to 6.
