Ruth Gould Swanson'S Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. apricot jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 pt. Cool Whip (2 c.)
Preparation
    Mix jello with boiling water.
    Chill until thickened a little. Add pineapple and juice.
    Beat with beater.
    Add cottage cheese and Cool Whip and mix with a spoon.
    Chill again until firm.
