Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 lb. lean pork, cut in pieces
    1/3 c. flour
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. onion, diced
    3 c. celery, diced
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over bouillon cubes and soy sauce.
    Stir until smooth; set aside.
    Saute pork in Crisco until brown.
    Add flour; stir and blend.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cook, covered, slowly.
    Stir often.
    Cook 30 minutes.
    Good over rice or chow mein noodles.
