Mexican Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green peppers (sweet)
    12 red peppers (sweet)
    20 ripe tomatoes
    30 onions
    1/2 c. salt
    5 c. sugar
    1/2 c. mustard seed
    6 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind together and mix with salt.
    Let stand for 2 hours.
    Put in a bag and drain overnight.
    In a.m. mix sugar, mustard seed and vinegar to drained pepper mixture.
    Boil 10 minutes and can in hot jars.
