Marinade For London Broil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 medium onion, chopped
4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well.
Pour over any beef (especially good for London broil or flank steak) in a glass baking dish or self-closing plastic bag.
Let marinate in refrigerator up to three days.
Grill or broil, as desired, discarding marinade.
