Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the sugar, margarine, syrup, salt and vanilla. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn and mix well.
    Bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for
    1 hour.
    Stir several times while baking.
    Pour out on waxed paper to cool.
