Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 packets Sugar Twin
    2 c. diced apples
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil and Sugar Twin to eggs.
    Mix in apples.
    Sift flour with baking soda and baking powder.
    Add to mixture with fork.
    Add raisins, nuts and vanilla. Bake for 35 minutes in 8-inch square pan coated with Pam.
    Can be served warm with whipped cream or frosted with powdered sugar. Keep refrigerated.
