Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, baked and mashed
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together using electric mixer to be sure potatoes are mixed well.
Pour into a large baking dish.
