Chili Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 large bay leaf
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Layer with green chilies and cheese. Place bay leaf on first layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
