Mrs. G. T. Halls' Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
1 small can Carnation milk
a little sweet milk

Preparation

Cook until 3 drops fall from spoon.
Stir until cool enough to spread on layers.
