Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 garlic or minced
    1 can tomatoes with green chilies (Ro-Tel)
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can tomato sauce (small)
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic.
    Drain.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, taco mix, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Line bottom of 9 x 13 dish with 1/2 tortillas.
    Place 1/2 mixture on top and then layer other tortillas and other 1/2 of mixture.
    Add can of soup on top of this, then milk and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
